My access link is not working

In this article we explain what to do if the access link doesn't work, it has been expired, or if you can't click the link.

As a contact person, you will receive an invitation from the party that deploys you to submit your (company) details in De Bouwpas. You will receive an e-mail with a link to log in to De Bouwpas together with a code that you receive via SMS. It is possible that the link does not work, has been expired or that you cannot click on the link in the e-mail.

If you haven't received a link, check your junk email and SPAM; it is possible that the e-mail has ended up there. If not, ask the person who invited you if they provided the correct email address for you.

If the link doesn't work

If the link doesn't work, we recommend contacting your contact at the company that invited you to use De Bouwpas. They can send you a new link so you can log back into De Bouwpas.

The link has been expired

If the link has been expired, you will see it as soon as you click on the link. You may have already received a new link. Once you have received a new invitation, the old link will no longer be usable immediately. This choice was made in connection with the security of your own data. Therefore, always use the last link you received. Always keep these emails safe!

Do you no longer have the new invitation, or cannot you find a working link? In that case you can simply click on the big green button "send a new access link to". It should state your e-mail address, part of which has been made illegible:

Is your email address not the same as the email address on the button? In that case, please contact the contact person of the company who deployed you. They can change your e-mail address and then send a new link, after which you can log in to De Bouwpas again.

I cannot click on the link

It is also happens that it is not possible to click on the link. This may be related to the email program you are using. For example, a link you cannot click on would look like this:

However, the fact that you cannot click on the link does not mean that the link is no longer usable. In this case, we recommend selecting the link all the way, right-clicking and clicking copy:

Then open your internet browser, right click in the address bar and click paste:

Then the link appears in the address bar:

Once the link has appeared in the address bar, you can hit the 'enter' button on your keyboard, after which De Bouwpas will be loaded. After this you can log in and fill in or update your details.
