Are you working on an Oribi WorkpassID project that uses attendance registration? If so, you can see in real time who is present on-site in the Oribi WorkpassID app. You can also perform several actions. This article explains what you can do in the app.
Group the list
You can group the list by tapping the grouping button in the top right corner.
Do not group - The list is shown without groups.
Group by zone - Only available when you use WorkpassID QR.
Group by contractor - Available for all access control providers.
Group by type - Shows groups of workers and visitors.
The list is always sorted by check-in time. The newest check-ins are shown at the top.
View more information and check a worker out
You can tap the name of a worker to view more information. When you use WorkpassID QR, you can also check workers out. This means workers check in and out on-site using the Oribi WorkpassID app.
More information
In the Oribi WorkpassID app, you can see basic details about the person. You can also see the status of important checks, such as VCA, GPI, assessments and card usage.
Check a worker out
Check the worker out from the worklocation when you know that this person has already left.
Tap the check-out button on the right side of the person’s name. Then tap Confirm.
This option is only available when WorkpassID QR codes or geofencing are used.
