Recently, we informed you that Oribi will change its product name to Oribi WorkpassID on 17 March. Here we explain which terms will change. Many things will fortunately stay the same.
Below you find the most important new terms you will see in Oribi WorkpassID:
Bouwpas → Oribi WorkpassID
The new name of our software.Mijn Bouwpas → My WorkpassID
Bouwpas App → WorkpassID app
The name of the app will change a few weeks later.Project location / Construction site → Work location
A physical place where work activities take place.Onsite screen → Work locations screen
Project members → Team members
Project introduction → Safety instruction
ℹ️ Good to know: there will be a transition period. During this period, you will sometimes see old and new terms next to each other. This gives you time to get used to the changes.

We will only use the terms site managers and gatekeepers if the context really requires them. Where it makes sense, we replace them with the name of the rights group or refer to a physical location.
Company account, user, user account → Account
From now on we only use the word account for user logins.Media Library → MediaHub
Bouwpas by CheckedID → Oribi MobileID
The mobile app you may use to prove your identity.ID-scanner → Oribi ExpertID
The physical scanner used to check identity documents on some projects.Self enrollment → Onboarding
Bouwpas BASE for subcontractors → WorkpassID Base
The package for subcontractors is now called WorkpassID Base.WKA Onboarding → Supplier Management

Rights group Opdrachtgever → Reports for external parties
Rights group Uitvoering → Planning
Rights group Bouwplaats → Operational employee
Operations
All other rights groups with “Construction site” are now called “Operations”.
