What is WorkpassID Base?

All subcontractors want to comply with laws and regulations. This is often a challenge, because it requires a great deal of administration.

On projects that use Oribi WorkpassID, the collects all the data needed to comply with laws and regulations. The has chosen WorkpassID, which is why you, as a subcontractor, are asked to enter your details. Your own subcontractors do the same. This creates a complete picture of what happens on the project.

WorkpassID Base gives you insight into all the data uploaded to the system by your subcontractors and self-employed workers. You need the following documents to comply with laws and regulations, and you receive them automatically through WorkpassID Base:

• WKA (Dutch Chain Liability Act) information, such as KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) extracts, G-rekening (blocked account for wage tax and VAT) agreements and (statements of payment conduct issued by the Belastingdienst, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration)

• A1 certificates (EU social-security coverage)

• Tewerkstellingsvergunningen (Dutch work permits for foreign nationals)

• ID checks at the work location

With WorkpassID Base, the “Live work location” overview shows you immediately whether your people are approved to report to the work location. You also have insight into the assessment status of your companies, so you can see whether the process is running properly.
