With De Bouwpas we distinguish between two groups, namely subcontractors and self-employed persons / VOF. It is sometimes unclear how a VOF should register with these groups. Since a VOF is a partnership, we have decided to transfer the VOF to the self-employed. In this article we explain how a VOF can register its data with De Bouwpas.
Before you can register your data you must be invited by the main contractor or a subcontractor. It is important that your VOF is added under the Self-employed / VOF tab: So not as a subcontractor!
As soon as you have been invited by your client to fill in your details, you can log in to De Bouwpas with the link you received via e-mail. Then use the SMS code that is sent to you to log in.
If you are logged in, you must first add your company details on the Step 1: Company details tab. Once you have submitted the company details, you must fill in the personal details. Under the tab Step 2: Personal data you submit your own personal data. If you have filled in your details, you can also add the other partners within your VOF here. By simply clicking the blue Add new person button, you can add your partners from the VOF.
Once your details have been approved by the main contractor's assessor, you can report to the construction site. The assessment process is also exactly the same as for all self-employed persons.
