Registering a VOF

With Oribi WorkpassID we distinguish between two groups: subcontractors and self-employed workers/VOF (Dutch general partnership). It is sometimes unclear how a VOF should enroll within these groups. Because a VOF is most often a collaboration between self-employed workers, we have decided to place the VOF with the self-employed workers.

Receiving the invite

Do you want to invite a VOF to use WorkpassID? If so, add the VOF under the Self-employed workers/VOF tab, not as a subcontractor.

Filling in the information

Once the VOF has filled in the company details, you fill in the personal details under the Step 2: Personal details tab. Add a new owner by clicking the blue Add owner button. This is how you add the partners of the VOF.

Assessment and access to the work location

When all information is submitted, an assessor will take a look at the information. After approval you can report to the work location. The assessment process is the same as assessments for other types of companies and their workers.
