I do not receive an SMS code to log in

You need an SMS code to log in, together with the link from your email. Is the SMS code not arriving? Check with your client whether your phone number is correct.

Always send the SMS code to a mobile number. SMS codes often do not arrive on landlines, especially when there is a menu selection (IVR).

I receive an error message

Do you see the message "Code not sent" after choosing SMS or phone? Check with your client whether your phone number has been entered correctly.
