Ensure multiple colleagues have access to Oribi WorkpassID for your company. This ensures workers can always be enrolled, even during leave. Follow the steps below to create an account for your colleagues.
Go to https://portal.bouwpas.nl/ and log in with your own credentials
You arrive at a screen with your projects.
On the left hand side, click Contacts
Then, click New account
Fill in the email address, name and mobile phone number of your colleague
Choose the correct rights
Contact person: someone who can access the projects and enroll workers, this role gives access to personal information
HSO: someone who can agree to safety plans
Admin: someone who can do both
Click Create account
Done! Your colleague has received an email from Oribi WorkpassID to set up their own account
