The SMS code is required to log in in combination with the link you received via e-mail. If the SMS code does not arrive, it is possible that your client has filled in the wrong telephone number. Therefore, always be sure to contact your client to check your telephone number.
If you have chosen to send the SMS code to a fixed line, it can also happen that an SMS code does not arrive. This often happens with fixed telephone with a selection menu. That is why we always recommend sending the SMS code to a mobile phone.
I'm getting an error
After choosing SMS or telephone, you will receive the following message:
"Code not sent."
If this is the case, there probably is a typo in your phone number. Contact your client to have your phone number changed.
