There is a possibility that you won't receive an invitation to use De Bouwpas. There are several explanations for this matter. For example, a wrong e-mail address or the invitation has ended up in the 'junk e-mail' of your mailbox. In this article you can read what you can do to fix this.
Check whether the invitation is in the 'junk mail' folder of your mailbox. This is sometimes the case with e-mail addresses of hotmail, live and outlook.
If you can't locate the invitation in the junk or spam folder, the e-mail address may have been misspelled in De Bouwpas. Please contact your client to check the email address for you and adjust it if necessary.
It is also possible that your client has not yet entered all the details. Every party that wants to submit another party needs to create an assignment in De Bouwpas. An invitation to participate will only be sent once these details have been filled in.
