In Oribi WorkpassID, you can add companies to a risk list. A company on the risk list cannot be deployed on your projects without the system notifying you. You can still choose to let the company work on your project. This article explains how this works.
Adding and removing companies
Risk lists in WorkpassID are maintained per Organisation. You set up the risk list again for each Organisation you have, including combinations of Organisations.
Go to Oribi WorkpassID
Select Organisation settings
Stay on the General tab and scroll to the Risk list heading
If companies are already on the risk list, you will see a list of KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) numbers straight away.
Select Edit risk list; a new screen opens
On this screen, add KvK numbers to the list or delete existing KvK numbers
Save your changes using the Save changes button
Setting who is notified
If a company on the risk list is added to one of your projects, WorkpassID can automatically notify people. They can then decide whether action is needed, for example by rejecting an assessment.
WorkpassID sends a high-priority email to the specified email addresses. These do not need to be accounts in WorkpassID.
Follow steps 1 to 4 shown above
In the text field, enter one or more email addresses, separated by a comma
Save your changes using the Save changes button
Consequences of deploying a company on the risk list
A company on the risk list can still be deployed as a subcontractor or sub-subcontractor on your projects. You do not prevent a company from being added to a project
If a company is added to the risk list, the configured email addresses are notified with high priority
Assessors who open an assessment task for a company that is on the risk list clearly see that it is a high-risk company. Assessments can be carried out as normal, and permission for deployment can be given. Assessors are instructed to contact the Organisation managers to determine follow-up actions
The company on the risk list is never notified of this status. The list is only visible to the Organisation
