Do you hire self-employed workers as a subcontractor? Then you can enter their details in advance. This reduces the administrative burden for the self-employed worker. Oribi WorkpassID wants to keep administration to a minimum while helping everyone comply with applicable laws and regulations. This article explains how it works.
You are a subcontractor who hires self-employed workers and already adds them to projects in WorkpassID.
You can enter all the details for a self-employed worker yourself. The following conditions apply:
You are the self-employed worker’s only client.
You are an approved contact person for the self-employed worker.
How does it work?
Log into WorkpassID
Choose a project
Open the purple tab Self-employed workers

Add a self-employed worker
Search by Chamber of Commerce number or company name, and choose the contact person
The self-employed worker has now been added.
The above-mentioned steps were the process you always followed for adding a self-employed worker. Now we explain the new steps.
You will see the purple button Enter self-employed worker personal details, click on it:
You are now in the self-employed worker's vault.
You can further complete the details here so that the self-employed worker does not have to.
If you do not see the purple button enter self-employed worker personal details, then the self-employed worker must enter his details himself.
Alternatively, you can gain access by using the self-employed worker's date of birth as a verification key. You can only do this if the digital vault does not contain any sensitive information.

Do not forget to save after entering the date of birth.
If the date of birth is correct, you can now enter the personal information of the worker.
