How do I request a WorkpassID/Bouwpas?

Is Oribi WorkpassID, formerly Bouwpas, used for a project you’ll be working on? Please contact your client. Provide the Chamber of Commerce number and the details of the contact person who manages the digital vault on behalf of your organisation: name, email address and mobile phone number. This can be you, or someone from HR or administration.

Your client will invite your company. You will receive an email with a link.

Then enter the company details in WorkpassID. Indicate which workers will be working on behalf of your company. Also register the self-employed workers, subcontractors and temporary employment agencies for the project you are working on. Each organisation has its own digital vault.

After you have entered all the details, the organisation, such as the main contractor, will review them. You can then report to the worksite.

Have you registered in WorkpassID before? Then you do not need to enter everything again.
