Changing the deployment type – Oribi WorkpassID Help Center

You can change the deployment of a contractor as long as the personnel have not yet signed at the work location. Only organisation administrators can make this change. This is only possible for direct contractors, not for contractors lower down the chain.

Follow these steps:

Step 1.

Open the correct project in Oribi WorkpassID.

Step 2.

Look up the company in the chain. Find the company in the list or enter the company name in the search field.

Step 3.

Click the three horizontal lines next to the company name and select Settings for deployment.

Step 4.

A new screen then appears. Click the Change deployment type button to change the deployment type.

Step 5.

Select the type of conversion and confirm that you understand the consequences.

Step 6.

Confirm the conversion by clicking the Convert button.

Step 7.

Then click Close.

Converting a contractor from WKA (Dutch Chain Liability Act) to, for example, Non-WKA (or vice versa) has consequences for the contractor. Depending on the new deployment type, the contractor may need to provide additional information or fewer details. Ask the contractor and the companies in their chain to log in and verify that all company and personal details are still correct. Also inform the project assessor so that they can check the additional details.‌
