Oribi WorkpassID builds the document list from the project details and the registration details. If a request looks wrong, first check the recorded facts.
Applies to projects that use the Portuguese compliance rules in WorkpassID.
What to check first
The company country and the worker nationality.
The employer linked to the worker on this project.
The organisation type: employer, self-employed or part of a group.
The project role: chain liability subcontractor, Supplier or Own organisation.
Public or private works.
Whether the company has declared that it supplies workers to other companies.
For example, a public-works setting can explain an unexpected IMPIC request for public works. An A1 request can follow the nationality of the worker, even when the employer is Portuguese. Incomplete country or nationality data can also lead to unexpected requests.
What to do
Ask the project administrator, the assessor or support to correct wrong data, or to review a requirement that does not apply.
Do not change a correct country or role just to hide a requested document.
When the list is unexpectedly empty
Missing links or settings can stop expected requests from appearing. An empty list does not mean that there are no obligations. When you ask for help, include the references of the project, the company and the worker.
Do not send copies of identity documents that are not needed.
