WorkpassID itself is available in Dutch and English only. Choosing the Portuguese compliance rules does not add Portuguese to the other screens. Portuguese document names can appear without accents.
Matching a request to its name
Match the document you have to the request name on the screen. The articles in this help centre use those names. For example, "PT apolice acidentes de trabalho" is the work-accident insurance, and "PT comunicacao previa destacamento (ACT)" is the posting evidence.
If you are not sure which request matches your document, or if you do not understand a screen, contact the helpdesk. Send the request name and the project reference. Do not guess the meaning of a declaration just to continue.
