Oribi WorkpassID records statements from workers and employers as part of the Portuguese registration. Read them before you submit or sign.
Applies to projects that use the Portuguese compliance rules in WorkpassID. Some worker statements are shown as fixed, preselected text.
Employed workers
For registrations under the roles chain liability subcontractor, Supplier and Own organisation, the worker statements cover two things: the existence of a written employment contract where required, and receipt of project-specific safety instruction. Under the chain liability subcontractor role, there is also a statement about the applicable minimum pay.
The employer statements are explained in [Employer declarations and occupational health in WorkpassID].
Self-employed workers
Registrations under the chain liability subcontractor and Supplier roles include independence statements instead. They are explained in [Registering as self-employed: documents and declarations].
What a signature means
These statements replace some former document uploads. They do not create separate assessor approvals. A signed record does not prove that someone checked every underlying duty separately.
If a statement is not accurate, contact the responsible company before you sign. Do not confirm something that is not true just because the statement is preselected.
