This article specifically describes Dutch laws and regulations
It is not entirely clear to me what a WASP declaration must meet. Can you give me more information about this?
Answer
On a WASP you put your company name and address, and you describe that you pay the payroll taxes of the person concerned. Note the name and date of birth of the person and state that this person is employed by your company. Close the letter with a signature, preferably by the director of the company.
What is a WASP?
WASP stands for: Werkgeversverklaring Afdracht Sociale Premies (employer's declaration of social premium remittance).
A WASP is sometimes also called a Loonbelastingverklaring (wage tax declaration, on behalf of the company).
A WASP is requested as mandatory by some Organisations in Oribi WorkpassID
Sometimes the organisation asks for extra assurance about how you have arranged the remittance of social premiums. This is also the case when an A1 certificate (EU social-security coverage) does not apply.
In that case the Organisation may ask for a WASP during the assessment. You draw up this document yourself as the employer. In it, you state how you remit the premiums for the person concerned.
