Why does my employer need my (personal) e-mail address?

The reason email addresses are mandatory for employees is that we have to invite them to the online project introduction, if required by the main contractor. We send this by e-mail so employees can already follow the instruction video and test at home. This saves valuable time on the construction site.

Almost all workers are required to see a safety briefing before entering the construction site. If the main contractor makes the online project introduction mandatory, everyone entering the construction site must view this instruction film and perform the test. We will send invitations to the email address of the employees submitted by your client for the project in question. If everything is filled in correctly, we will send the invitations.
