Op veel werklocaties moeten arbeidskrachten een veiligheidsinstructie volgen die specifiek geldt voor die locatie. Hier lees je hoe je een arbeidskracht uitnodigt en hoe je de status bekijkt.
Workers automatically receive an invite for the safety instruction when they’re first added to a project
Invite one worker
Go to the right project
Go to the Employed tab
Add a new worker, or enroll an existing one by moving it to the left column, using the purple arrow.
Klik the trophy icon
. A popup will open.
Is there no trophy icon? Then there is no Safety Instruction on this project
Click the button Send invite

Vink de checkbox aan bij de arbeidskrachten die je wilt uitnodigen

Je hebt nu meerdere arbeidskracht uitgenodigd voor het maken van de veiligheidsinstructie
Status of the safety instruction
There is a trophy icon near every worker’s name. The color of the icon tells you the status of the safety instruction for that worker.
Blue: the worker has not been invited yet.
Black: the worker was invited, but has yet to do the safety instruction.
Green: the worker completed the safety instruction succesfully.
Orange: the safety instruction was started but not finished.
You can reinvite previously enrolled workers if they have not finished the safety instruction yet. Reinvite them by performing the steps described above.
