Why are my workers' email addresses mandatory?

Email addresses are mandatory for workers because WorkpassID needs to invite them to the online Safety Instruction if the Organisation requires it. We send this invitation by email so that workers can watch the safety film and complete the test at home if they wish. This saves everyone time at the work location.

Almost all workers must complete a Safety Instruction when entering the work location. If the organisation makes the online Safety Instruction mandatory, everyone who enters the work location must watch the instruction film and complete the test. We send the invitations for this to the email address provided for the workers you add to the project.
