Oribi WorkpassID lets you create 'snippets' in your Assessments. Snippets are ready-made pieces of text that you create once and can then reuse as an explanation in your Assessments. This saves you time, because you do not have to type the same text again and again.
What are snippets?
Snippets are pieces of text that you create once and then reuse in your Assessments. Each snippet has a name and content.
Do you want to insert a snippet in your public comment? Click the name of the snippet to add its content.
Where do you find the snippets?
You find the snippets next to the public comments in your assessment task.
Create or edit snippets:
Go to Administration -> Assessments
Open any assessment task
Scroll to the public comments
Click the button next to the dropdown menu for the snippets
Examples of snippets
Place a public comment on your Assessment if, for example, the KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) extract has expired or is missing, or if the statement of payment conduct has expired. Create small snippets that you can combine.
Examples of snippets:
Your KvK extract has expired. We require a validity of 6 months
Upload a new statement of payment conduct
Sometimes you want to refer to a document's expiry date in your public comment, or add the name of a person. For example, use:
The Assessment is provisionally approved until XXXXXXXX. Send your documents before that date.
Replace XXXXXXXX with the correct date.
Can I edit snippets after I have created them?
Yes, you can always edit snippets so that they work exactly as you want.
How many snippets can I create?
You can create as many snippets as you want.
Can I use multiple snippets at once?
Yes, in the public comments field you can insert several snippets one after another.
Who has access to my snippets?
Snippets are stored at Organisation level. Your fellow Assessors therefore also have access to the snippets that you create, and you can use snippets created by your colleagues. Agree with your colleagues which snippets you create.
