Once a subcontractor has completed their work, archive this in Oribi WorkpassID. This article explains the consequences and how to apply it.
How do you archive an assessment?
You can archive any assessment at the 'Eindoordeel' (Final assessment) step. Archive an assessment when it is no longer relevant to your work location and you do not expect any further action.
Do not use "Archive assessment" when a contractor's work has been completed. In that case, choose "End deployment".
What happens when you archive an assessment?
Enrolled workers of the subcontractor and its chain can no longer be registered.
The subcontractor and its chain can no longer enroll workers at your work location.
The system ignores any expiry dates in the assessment.
Please note: active passes are not blocked when you archive an assessment.
What should you pay attention to?
Are you using cross-work-location assessments? If so, archiving means the contractor no longer has access at any of your work locations. Do you want to end work at a specific work location? Then look up the 'Inzet onderaannemer' (Subcontractor deployment) assessment at that work location and archive it.
For self-employed workers, every assessment is work-location-specific and you can archive it without concern.Workers can continue to use their pass, even after you archive the assessment. Passes are not blocked automatically. Contact the site supervisor to arrange this and keep each other informed.
