We make sure your data in the platform is properly secured and cannot be accessed by unauthorised people. You need a username and password. Sometimes you also use two-step verification, depending on your role. If your employer sets up single sign-on, you log in with your work account. You then do not need to remember an extra password.
Are you an IT administrator? Contact the Servicedesk. We will give you all the information you need to get started with SSO via Azure AD with Conditional Access.
Why would you want to log in this way?
Do you not want to remember yet another password? Ask your IT administrator to activate single sign-on. After that, you log in with your work Microsoft account on Oribi WorkpassID.
How do you log in with single sign-on?
On the Oribi WorkpassID login screen, you see two buttons to log in: Log in and Login with SSO.
Normally you enter your username and password and click Log in. With SSO, you leave these fields empty and click Log in with SSO. You are then logged in straight away.
How does it work?
Normally we check your password and, if applicable, your 2SV (two-step verification) code. With SSO, your employer verifies your identity and then redirects you to us.
Can I use it?
You need the following to use Single Sign-On:
Your employer uses work Microsoft accounts (Microsoft 365).
Do you use recent Office applications such as Excel, Outlook or Teams? Then you probably have a Microsoft 365 account.Your employer must have activated SSO in Oribi WorkpassID.
Your IT administrator discusses the settings with us and carries out a few technical steps.
Send this article to your IT administrator and ask them to contact us. We will explain the technical requirements and activate SSO together.
