Webinar 'Practical situations in WorkpassID' - 22 May 2023
On Monday 22 May, Pellicaan Advocaten and Oribi (formerly known as Bouwpas) organised a webinar from the new studio in Rotterdam.
Pellicaan Advocaten takes you through the world of common practical situations in WorkpassID, such as:
What do you check when working with A1 certificates (EU social-security coverage)?
What do you look out for when working with workers from outside the EU/EEA?
What do you look out for when working with self-employed workers? And is a modelovereenkomst (model agreement approved by the Belastingdienst, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration) for a self-employed worker actually required or not?
When does a notification have to be submitted on http://postedworkers.nl and what are my checking obligations?
Which risk cases are we currently seeing come up in Bouwpas, and what do you really need to be alert to?
