VCA report

Oribi WorkpassID offers various reports. In this article you will read more about the VCA report, the integration and the filters.

VCA integration

The Safety Checklist for Contractors (VCA (Dutch safety, health and environment checklist for contractors)) is a widely accepted certification for working safely in the construction and infrastructure sector. WorkpassID collects information about your construction projects. You view this information in various reports. In this article you will read more about the VCA report. This report shows the status of the VCA of workers who have signed on location.

How do I go to the VCA report?

Go to the Work location screen of your project
Click the All reports button in the sidebar
Find the VCA report in this list and click it

You have now opened the VCA report screen.

Report filters

On this screen you use various filters. You can select multiple filters at the same time.

Exempt

Here you see all persons without a VCA who are exempt. This is only possible when VCA is not mandatory according to the project settings.

Verified

Here you see the VCAs that were found in the CDR and checked by the gatekeeper.

Manually verified

Here you see the VCAs that were not found in the CDR, but were approved manually by the gatekeeper.

Expired

Here you see VCAs that were valid before, but have now expired.

Almost expired

Here you see VCAs that expire within a month.

Not provided

Here you see VCAs that have not been issued. This happens when VCA is mandatory, but the person does not have a valid VCA. Possible reasons: foreign VCA (cannot be checked), MVK or HVK.

Not verified

At the time of signing the VCA was not checked, but it was checked on location.

Downloading the report

Download the VCA report as an Excel file via the Download button.

Filtering by scope

You can also filter by scope.

Select whether you want to see the VCAs of people who have signed on the work location, only people with an active pass, or all workers.

The report adjusts immediately based on the selected scope.
