Before you register
Check the company country, the organisation type and the project role: chain liability subcontractor, Supplier or Own organisation. Check whether the project is set to public or private works. Check whether the company supplies workers to other companies.
Complete the company document requests. The list is different for employers and for self-employed registrations. Suppliers and Own organisation registrations have no company documents under these rules.
Add the details and the requested documents for each worker. The nationality and the country of the employer can change the list. Enter the NIF and NISS when they are requested.
Check the assessment status. Saving or uploading does not mean approval. You must resolve all required items before the registration can continue.
Read the declarations before you sign. Ask for help if a statement or a request does not match the real situation.
Where to find the details
Company documents are explained in the section Subcontractors and self-employed workers. Worker details and worker documents are explained in the section Workers. Project roles, assessment, and what to do when a request looks wrong are explained in this section, Organisations.
A request in WorkpassID and a legal obligation are not always the same thing. WorkpassID cannot decide every legal situation. The FAQ explains the law. These articles explain what WorkpassID asks for.
