There can be several reasons why a pass does not come out of the printer.
It worked before
Try clicking the 'print' button again. A button for an alternative method will then appear: try printing the pass that way as well.
Does it still not work? Contact the Servicedesk. They can also refer you to the hardware supplier if necessary.
It has never worked
It is possible that the hardware supplier has not yet completed the installation, or that it failed. Contact the hardware supplier to have this checked.
