Oribi WorkpassID includes various reports to provide insight into the data from the access control software. Some reports are currently available in Oribi WorkpassID as a beta version and may therefore not yet be fully accurate and/or complete.
Currently on site
The 'Currently on site' report shows a list of workers who are currently present at the work location. This report is generated based on data available within Oribi WorkpassID, so a recent connection to the access control software must have been made to retrieve the most recent events.
For M3000 projects, the old 'currently present' report retrieves data in real time from M3000. The new 'currently on site' report does not do this.

Attendance registration report
The attendance registration report shows a list of events, grouped by check-in and check-out. This gives you blocks with a bundled check-in and check-out, showing the effective hours present for workers. Bear in mind that, depending on the configuration of the work location, this does not always give an accurate picture. If someone checks in but does not check out — because the work location can be closed elsewhere without checking out — this can affect the report. This report sorts by contractor, employer/company, and worker.
Event log
The event log is similar to the attendance registration report, except that check-ins and check-outs are not grouped together. A flatter, chronological list of events is shown instead. Here too, the report sorts by contractor, employer/company, and worker. With this report you can perform further processing yourself in, for example, Excel.
