Overview of inactive companies

The "Inactive companies" report gives you quick insight into which companies have not been active on your project for some time, according to Oribi WorkpassID. It enables you to efficiently end the deployment of companies and chains.

Which companies are shown here? 

A company appears in this list if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • No pass activity
    The company has had no active passes on this project in the past 3 months

  • No pass issued after invitation
    The company has been invited, but has not put any passes into use within a period of 3 months since the invitation

  • Deployment approaching end date
    If you work with start and end dates for deployments, the system checks whether the end date is approaching

  • Company does not log in
    The company has been invited, but has not logged in within 30 days of the invitation

When is the checkbox blocked?

The checkbox is blocked when this company is inactive, but there is still activity lower in the chain beneath this company.

What can I do with the checkbox?

You can end the deployment of multiple companies at once.

  1. Select the companies whose deployment you want to end

  2. Click End deployments
