Visitors can register themselves at the work location using their phone. As the location manager, you do not need to enter these details yourself. This article explains how to print a QR code in Oribi WorkpassID so that you can display it at the work location for Visitors.
Follow these steps:
Go to the Work Location screen
Choose a project
Click "Visitors" in the left-hand menu bar
Then click "Generate QR code" in the top right of the screen
Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard to start printing
You are done!
