With Oribi WorkpassID you register who comes to work at the work location. Part of that registration is completing the process with a signature from the worker. The signature can be provided in two ways: on an iPad, or with a Wacom signature tablet.
The list of supported signature tablets
It is always necessary to install the correct drivers for these signature tablets. The correct version of the driver is available here: download the drivers here.
My signature tablet is not on the list
Is your signature tablet not on the list? In that case you cannot use that tablet in combination with WorkpassID.
Changes to this list
This list may change from time to time. Sometimes signature tablets are discontinued, or we extend support to additional models or variants. We naturally aim to keep the number of removed signature tablets to a minimum.
Browser support for the Wacom signature tablets
The Wacom tablets can be used in every modern browser.
No other programme must be running on port 8000 on the PC. Does it still not work after installation? Check with your IT department or supplier whether they can verify this. The Service Desk will then be happy to assist you with further instructions.
