Oribi WorkpassID uses two separate worker document requests: "PT convocatoria" and "PT aviso de rececao assinado".
Applies to projects that use the Portuguese compliance rules in WorkpassID.

What is requested
WorkpassID describes "PT convocatoria" as the call-up document and "PT aviso de rececao assinado" as the signed acknowledgement of receipt. WorkpassID requires both for every worker under the chain liability subcontractor role, including self-employed workers, whatever the nationality or the company country. It does not request them for workers of Suppliers or of the project's own organisation.
How to handle them
Ask the responsible company or the assessor for the documents and the accepted format. The names of the two uploads do not define a complete template. Do not upload an ordinary employment contract or the general registration PDF, unless the assessor confirms that it meets the specific request.
Provide each document in its own worker upload. They are assessed separately. Uploading one does not satisfy the other. Signing the registration does not fill either request.
