You optionally record, per deployment, when a subcontractor starts and/or stops on your project. You use this feature to give yourself insight into your planning; it is for guidance only.
In the Projects screen (Companies menu button), you get two extra columns: 'deployment start' and 'deployment end'.
Dates you enter are not visible to the subcontractor.
Note: no automatic actions are carried out based on the dates you enter. A deployment is therefore not automatically ended when the entered end date is reached.

When deploying a subcontractor, you do not record when you expect them to start and/or stop.
The 'deployment start' and 'deployment end' columns are not shown in the Projects screen (Companies menu button). All references to the start and end date of a deployment are hidden.
You can still use the functionality.
