With these two settings, you decide when an invited company receives a reminder. This applies to companies that have not yet logged in after the invitation. The first setting determines when the first reminder is sent. The second determines how many days later the second reminder is sent.
Why use it?
Do you want to remind companies of their invitation sooner or later? Then adjust the number of days.

You can find these settings in the organisation settings, under the heading Other.
The two settings belong together. That is why they are covered in the same article.
Options
For both settings, choose Not set or a number of days from 1 to 15.
Not set (default setting)
Oribi WorkpassID uses the default value:
First reminder: 3 days after the invitation
Second reminder: 7 days after the first reminder. That is 10 days after the invitation
Number of days
First reminder for subcontractor invitation: the number of days after the invitation when the first reminder is sent
Second reminder for subcontractor invitation: the number of days after the first reminder when the second reminder is sent. So you add this to the first reminder
Example: first reminder 5 days, second reminder 4 days. The company then receives a reminder on day 5 and on day 9 after the invitation.
How the reminders work:
The reminder is sent to the contact person of the invited company
A reminder is only sent if the company has not yet logged in for this project
Reminders are only sent within 30 days after the invitation
For a project, the settings of the organisation that owns the project apply

Not the same as invitation reminders
These reminders are separate from the Send invitation reminders setting. That setting sends reminders based on the start date of a deployment (10, 5 and 1 days before the start). The first and second reminders described here are based on the date of the invitation. They are always sent, even if Send invitation reminders is set to No.
