These settings determine how long a yellow and a red warning card remain valid. There is one setting for the yellow card and one for the red card.
Why would you use it?
Do you apply your own rules for how long a warning counts? Then set the number of days here. When you issue a new warning, the expiry date is filled in correctly and automatically.
Applies to
Organisation level
Project level
You can find these settings in the organisation settings, under the heading Other. In the project settings, they are on the Access tab, under the heading Access settings. You can recognise them by the yellow and red card icons next to the name.
If you leave a project-level setting empty, the project uses the organisation's value.
Options
Number of days for yellow card (default: 180 days)
When you give someone a yellow card, Oribi WorkpassID fills in the expiry date automatically. The expiry date is today plus the number of days you set here. You can still change the expiry date afterwards.
Number of days for red card (default: 1,095 days)
When you give someone a red card, WorkpassID fills in the expiry date automatically. The expiry date is today plus the number of days you set here. 1,095 days is approximately 3 years. You can still change the expiry date afterwards.
➕ Warnings automatically receive a fixed validity period
➖ A changed number of days applies only to new warnings. Existing warnings keep their expiry date
