This setting determines whether a (model) agreement must be uploaded in the assignment details of a self-employed worker (no staff). This setting applies to all self-employed workers who do not fall under “(Model) agreement contractor/foreign companies”. These are the self-employed workers who are deployed as subcontractors on a project under Dutch law.
Why use it?
Do you want to have an agreement on file for every self-employed worker, for example to prevent false self-employment? Then choose Required. If you do not need this, choose None.
Applies to
